Improvements

Expense group now show if a payment was made in a month, and if a period has been paid
Expense groups (and reminders) can have their default period set (e.g. payments are always made by default for previous month, current month, next month)
Notifications list has a notification menu with an option to hide notifications of that type

Year/month progress information can now be folded to take up less space
Scroll to top buttons should now be present wherever you can scroll
