Improvements

• You can now override need types per transaction in the more menu
• We will now show you a “new version available” tidbit on the primary view page, which can be disabled in the overview settings
• Search clear button now highlights if there are any changes
• Fixed expenses now have a page to show monthly averages, which is available through the new menu
• Tags list now has an action button to create new tags, if you want to create those in advance
• Transaction editor now allows to select template folder when creating a template

• Correct some wrong/missing translations
• Dialogs should be dismissed when tapping outside of them
• Statistics are updated when reminders are edited
• TODO page now opens same way from primary view button as from the menu drawer
