Improvements

• Contacts now have a page for themselves
  • This will show more information about a contact in future

Fixes

• Fixes to missing translations and improvements to existing ones
• Newly created goals were not given proper IDs, thereby rendering them invisible

Other

• Some improvements for initial setup, namely choosing primary currency without having to go to settings (the option is still there)
• A page showing system/device settings and with links to system settings
• Internal list of exchange rates for reference, if there is no internet and we cannot download an update
• Some minor visual improvements
