Highlights

New account overview functionality in a single page

Accounts overview page that shows an overview by account and currency
Category and tag charts now show a popup menu with increase/decrease percentage information compared to past period
Some minor improvements for initial setup for new users
Search can now also exclude tags
Transaction editor now allows to have a f final amount from local currency
Transaction editor no longer shows final amount by default (use the + button to add it) as this is a less used feature
Contacts can now be associated with device/system contacts and use photo from the device

Debts can now show an installment plan for monthly installments
Transfers can now be done in different currencies (e.g. if you transfer between accounts with different currencies and your bank converts)
